DEVELOP

We assess your needs, candidate sensor locations, and system requirements. We customize a system design and project plan.

We implement the design. We construct devices and mounts, prepare telemetry, build your dashboard and APIs. We schedule next steps.

We install and activate, and coordinate any needed traffic control and surveys in our service area. Or we support you virtually to do the job.

We guarantee performance for one year. We update software and firmware. We offer maintenance contracts in our service area.

To get high quality data, select a quality monitoring site, and select the right equipment for that site. Use our six-point Site Assessment to evaluate sites for monitoring. Or, let our tech team do it for you.
We’ll work with you to select the right sensor and telemetry to give you the most reliable and accurate data for your site.

Green Stream’s Client Success team can support your project, from planning installation, to permitting support, to coordinating elevation surveys.

Green Stream manufactures its own telemetry equipment. We assemble your kit with the correct sensor, telemetry, power, and mount equipment for your monitoring site.
Green Stream configures and tests all electronics equipment and systems from end to end, to ensure they perform as intended in your environment.
We’ll set up your back-end cloud account, management console, dashboard, APIs, alerts and integrations. From standard services to customized work, Green Stream has experienced with it all.

Green Stream experienced technicians provide installation services, following OSHA and DOT safety standards. Alternatively, we can support you or your technician virtually to undertake the installation yourself.
Green Stream works with several reputable land surveying companies in our service area to provide NAVD88 or other vertical datum elevations of its gauges.
Green Stream subcontracts, schedules, provides instructions, and coordinates with the surveyor to get a relevant signed and stamped survey report.
We can also provide instructions for your surveyor.
Green Stream works with several DOT-licensed traffic management service providers in our service area.
When traffic control is needed for installation, we can coordinate with your traffic control team. Or let us subcontract with one or our partner traffic control services to ensure smooth and safe traffic flow during an installation.

Green Stream will provide recommendations for annual maintenance to keep your gauges running at peak performance. Within our service area, we offer a maintenance contract. Our technicians conduct preventive maintenance visits at each gauge site. We update firmware and refresh batteries if needed. We check all equipment and verify sensor readings. We address encroaching vegetation. We’ll notify you if more involved repairs or replacements are needed.
We’ll provide you a guide for trouble-shooting any problems. Send us any broken or non-functioning equipment for repair in our lab.
Within our service area, our technicians can travel to a site to repair, upgrade or replace non-functioning sensors. On-demand repairs are charged on a time and materials basis.
Green Stream provides user guides with troubleshooting tips to keep gauges functioning.
In addition, our technicians can support you virtually for DIY installation, troubleshooting, or repair.
We provide this service by phone or preferably video call.
