Green Stream SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to Green Stream Technologies, Inc’s (“Green Stream,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) text message notification service.
Green Stream SMS Notifications
Green Stream provides SMS notifications to authorized users who choose to receive alerts regarding monitored water gauges and related system conditions.
Depending on the gauges and notification settings selected, notifications may include:
Alerts when a monitored gauge goes offline or stops reporting data;
Alerts when monitored water levels reach specified thresholds; and
Other operational notifications related to the status of monitored gauges.
These messages are intended to provide timely information about monitored gauge conditions. Green Stream does not guarantee that every notification will be delivered or received without delay, as delivery may depend on telecommunications networks, messaging service providers, and other factors outside Green Stream's control.
Consent to Receive Text Messages
By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in to Green Stream's SMS notification service, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Green Stream regarding the monitored gauges and conditions described above.
Message frequency varies based on gauge conditions, selected notification thresholds, and system events.
Message and data rates may apply.
SMS consent is voluntary and is separate from acceptance of Green Stream's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Opting Out
You may stop receiving Green Stream SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to a Green Stream text message.
After opting out, Green Stream will no longer send SMS notifications to that mobile number unless you subsequently choose to opt in again.

Privacy
Green Stream's collection and use of information associated with its SMS notification service is described in the Green Stream SMS Privacy Policy. Green Stream may share information with service providers as necessary to operate and deliver the requested SMS notification service.
